Conduct an extensive and targeted research campaign using our internal database of prescreened candidates plus tap our extensive personal networks.

Conduct extensive interviews and (as necessary) skill assessment testing to determine before submitting a shortlist of candidates.

Work closely with our partner as hiring managers and the shortlisted candidates themselves throughout your interview and assessment process.

Assist both you and your selected candidate(s) to negotiation a job offer that is acceptable to both parties.

Support selected candidate to resign from their current position, decline any counteroffer attempt made by their current employer and assist with any family or relocation related needs.

Follow up with both you and your new employee to insure that all parties are completely satisfied once our candidate joined in your organization
