Expand sales distribution and coverage in the assigned regions successfully.
Monitor and evaluate progress in implementing the objectives daily / weekly and having timely solution.
Develop new GT business strategy in conjunction with GT sales team and connect to managers to make it good current business.
Deliver execution excellence in deploying promotion and display scheme to ensure visibility and availability of products on the field.
Collect information of competitors’ activities in the market within the respective area and share with team for proper actions.
Ensure the achievement of sell-out and POS target by sales team
Establish sales & distribution target and make sales plans for every sales team in the region in accordance with Company sales and distribution strategy
Assist in planning process of the region’s sales and distribution by agent/by brand/ by channel
Guarantee that salesmen are provided enough selling tools and use them correctly & effectively; check Sales Supervisors’ field visiting plans and monthly expenses claims
Develop effective sales teams; supervise the regional personnel; coordinate Sales Supervisors’ activities; makes period personnel and target reports
Perform other job-related as assigned.
At least 2 years of experience in General Trade Management
Strong knowledge of Electronics, home appliances, kitchen wares.
Strong analytical, strategic and influencing skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
