Scopes

relationship with current MT retailers, especially big chains like DMX, Cao Phong, Pico…. accounts.

Expand sales distribution and coverages in the assigned regions successfully.

Monitoring Business Services to ensure the business objectives in the region through visiting and service at the outlets.

Improvement with key account customers and make it good problem-solving (if any)

Be representative for company to solve feedback of customers / distributors within the assigned areas.

Plays a significant role in achieving business results

Point of contact for reports and feedbacks to weekly & monthly reporting or as otherwise requested.

Responsibilities

Cooperate with the Marketing Department in planning product advertisement

Monitor and evaluate progress in implementing the objectives daily / weekly and having timely solution

Develop new MT business strategy in conjunction with MT sales team and connect to managers to make it good current business

Update information of markets and competitor and report to Manager

Archive reports and record the market visits, work directly (One with One), weekly group meetings as requirement.

Regular presence in the market, especially have the regular visit to key customers to be able to understand and meet the needs of customers as well as find new opportunities

job requirements

Education

Prefer majors of Business Administration, Economics

Experience

01-03 years experience in Sales in Home appliances, kitchenware, electronics Corporation, 1 years experience in equivalent positions.

At least 2 years experience in General Trade Management

Language

English Communication both verbal and written

Other requirements

Strong knowledge of Electronics, home appliances, kitchen wares.

Prove leadership in developing and leading team

Knowledge of distribution channels / sector (planning, monitoring implementation)

Development business channel at new market
