Expand sales distribution and coverages in the assigned regions successfully.

Develop new MT business strategy in conjunction with MT sales team and connect to managers to make it good current business
Update information of markets and competitor and report to Manager
Archive reports and record the market visits, work directly (One with One), weekly group meetings as requirement.
Regular presence in the market, especially have the regular visit to key customers to be able to understand and meet the needs of customers as well as find new opportunities
At least 2 years experience in General Trade Management
Prove leadership in developing and leading team
Knowledge of distribution channels / sector (planning, monitoring implementation)
Development business channel at new market
